About Me
I started my journey in the pharmaceutical industry over ten years ago, where I quickly discovered my passion for product management and patient marketing. What excites me most is the combination of science, patient support and creativity in a constantly evolving environment.
I particularly enjoy diving into new topics and challenges, exploring fresh ideas and combining strategic approaches with hands-on solutions through creative, innovative and agile methods.
Bringing an external perspective along with analytical and creative thinking, I act as an external innovation hub, providing pragmatic solutions and strategic insights for both specific projects and questions that get overlooked in day-to-day operations.
On a more personal note, I am passionate about the mountains and the outdoors, health, staying active and traveling. I’m always seeking new experiences, new impressions and, of course, the next summit.
My passion for people and working with individuals led to my recent certification as a systemic coach and I am excited to support people on their individual journeys.

Experience
I started my professional career in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany more than ten years ago, holding permanent positions at international corporations. After gaining experience across different departments, I quickly focused on product management and patient engagement, overseeing various therapeutic areas. Since becoming an independent consultant and freelancer, I have been supporting clients with strategic guidance, practical solutions and project management.
I hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and completed an industrial clerk apprenticeship. I value both practical experience and continuous personal and professional development. Since May 2025, I am a certified systemic coach, supporting individuals and teams in both professional and personal matters, as well as in change processes.
In addition, several extended stays abroad and my studies have given me excellent English skills and strong intercultural competencies.
